Cobra Biomanufacturing Plc (Ticker: CBF), the international GMP provider of biomanufacturing services, announces that it has today posted to shareholders a notice to convene a general meeting to seek shareholder approval for certain matters relating to the Convertible Loan Notes following the announcement of 21 September 2009. The GM will be held at the offices of Speechly Bircham LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX on 16 October 2009 at 11.00 am.
