2009 by Barclays PLC that Barclays Stockbrokers Limited has currently
an interest  in 11,031,018  ordinary  shares in  the capital  of  the
Company, representing 7.87% of the ordinary shares in issue. Barclays
Stockbrokers Limited holds only an indirect interest over the  voting
rights of these shares and the shares are held on behalf of a  number
of clients of Barclays Stockbrokers Limited.
