Grant of Options

On 10 September 2009, Andrew Merrick, Group Finance Director, was granted options over 180,952 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 52.5 pence per share. The options were granted in accordance with the Dart Group PLC Unapproved Share Option Plan 2005. Subject to certain conditions, 50 per cent. of the options are exercisable after the third anniversary of the grant date and 50 per cent. of the options are exercisable after the sixth anniversary of the grant date. The options expire on the tenth anniversary of the grant date.

As a result, Andrew Merrick has an interest in the Company of 83,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital and has options over 410,436 ordinary shares; 29,484 at an exercise price of 101.75 pence per share, 200,000 at an exercise price of 24.75 pence per share and 180,952 at an exercise price of 52.5 pence per share.
