Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 22 September 2009 that Mr Paul Curtis had sold 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company and had crossed the 3% shareholding threshold. As at 22 September 2009 Mr Curtis held 1,033,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.65% of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
