Board Change
Hydro International announces that Chris Williams, Chief Operating Officer, has given notice of his resignation from the Company in order to pursue his own business interests. Chris will be leaving the Company at the end of the current financial year to 31 December 2009.
The Board and other colleagues would like to acknowledge Chris's eighteen years of dedicated service and commitment to the Company and wish him well in his new venture.
Chris commented 'Hydro is a great business, with great products and people. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I am also confident that the company will continue to grow and see success long into the future.'
In the short term, management of the Group's operating business units will be overseen by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, whilst the Group considers appropriate longer term succession plans.
