INTERIM DIVIDEND CALENDAR FOR 2009

Dealogic (Holdings) plc, the provider of software, communications and information products to the global capital markets, are pleased to announce that the interim dividend for 2009 will be 1.9 pence per share.

The interim dividend will be paid to shareholders on 2nd November 2009 (Payment Date). The 'Ex Dividend Date' and 'Record Date' will be 7th October 2009 and 9th October 2009 respectively.
