CAMEC, the Africa-focused emerging mining company, was notified on 18 September 2009 that Kara Enterprises Limited (indirectly wholly owned by Line Trust Corporation Limited as trustee for the Bertram Trust) holds 141,103,416 ordinary shares in CAMEC, representing 4.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, following a disposal of ordinary shares on 17 September 2009.

CAMEC was also notified on 18 September 2009 that the Line Trust Corporation Limited as trustee for the Ashdale Settlement no longer has a notifiable interest in the capital of the Company following disposals of shares on 17 September by its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries Delena International Limited, Eagle Multinational Limited, Geranium Properties Limited, Gladioli International Group Limited, Silvertown International Limited, Summertown Resources Limited and Margin Investments Limited)
