Town Centre Securities PLC ('Company') have today been informed that on 18 September 2009 Michael and Edward Ziff, Non-executive Director and Chairman and Chief Executive respectively, each sold 100,000 ordinary 25 pence shares in the company (being 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital) at £1.925 per share.

The above transactions do not impact on the total holding of the Concert Party or Michael and Edward Ziff's total voting rights.
