Dealings by Directors/PDMR
Minorplanet announces that it has today issued and allotted 134,529 new Ordinary Shares to the following Directors at 30p per new Ordinary Share in lieu of debts (comprising accrued fees/salaries and/or benefits) owing to them. In addition, the Company has issued 28,000 new Ordinary Shares to creditors at 30p per new Ordinary Share in lieu of debts outstanding.
Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 25 September 2009.

For the purposes of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and total voting rights will, on admission of the new ordinary shares, be 6,610,524 Ordinary Shares of 20p each.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
