Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a blocklisting of securities in respect of 376,128 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('New Ordinary Shares').

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, are being issued in connection with the Long Term Incentive Plan and SAYE scheme. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 22 September 2009.
