Further to the Placing announced by the Company on 17 September 2009, 75,000 of the 114,500 ordinary shares being subscribed for by David Bolton, Finance Director, will be registered to his wife. Following Admission of the Placing Shares David Bolton's beneficial interest in 886,800 Ordinary Shares remains as previously disclosed.
