Hambledon was informed on 18 September 2009 by Barclays PLC that, following a purchase of shares on 16 September 2009, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Barclays Bank Trust Company Ltd are now indirectly interested in a total of 23,456,914 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 5.00% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
