Patsystems plc (the 'Company') - Issue of Equity

Patsystems announces the issue of 15,000 new ordinary shares in the Company in respect of options which have been exercised by an employee of the Company. It is expected that the shares will be admitted for trading on AIM on 21 September 2009.
