Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') notifies the market that the Company was advised on 17 September 2009 that Daniel Bernard (a director and PDMR of the Company) acquired an interest in 100,000 Ordinary shares of the Company. The shares were acquired on 17 September 2009 at a price of 210.67 pence per share, and are registered in the name of Provestis.

Following the above transaction, Mr Bernard's total beneficial holding is 111,037 shares.
