Corin Group plc ('Corin') has today applied for the admission to listing of 299,245 shares issued as part consideration for the acquisition of the minority stake in Corin Australia, as announced on 11 September 2009.

It is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on 21 September 2009.

Following the admission of these shares the Company will have 42,784,907 ordinary shares in issue.
