Additional Listing

Application has been made for the admission of 256,254 new ordinary shares of 3.33p each in AVEVA Group plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to AVEVA Group plc's Long Term Incentive Plan (234,691) and under the Executive and Employee Share Option Scheme (21,563)

These shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
