The Company was notified on 17 September 2009 that Landon T Clay, together with his associates, hold 16,102,359 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which represents approximately 23.19 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.

Included in this holding are 6,470,141 Ordinary Shares which are held by a trust of which Thomas M Clay is a trustee. Thomas M Clay directly holds a further 213,126 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the aggregate shareholding in which Thomas M Clay has an interest is 6,683,267 which represent approximately 9.63 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
