St Helen's Capital yesterday received notification from Hargreave Hale Limited ('Hargreave Hale') that, following the acquisition of 1,837,636 ordinary shares of 5.0p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing approximately 4.29 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (the 'Issued Ordinary Share Capital'), on 16 August 2009, Hargreave Hale is now interested in 6,221,765 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.55 per cent. of the Company's entire Issued Ordinary Share Capital.
