Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that on 17 August 2009, Emanuel Rosen, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 79,687 ordinary shares in the capital of CustomVis, representing 0.05 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company, at a price of 1.28 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Rosen holds a total of 112,405 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.07 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
