Significant Shareholding

The Company announces that as per the announcement made by the Company on 3 September 2009, 2,512,880 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), issued as deferred consideration for the acquisition of DCL in July 2007, were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market on 8 September 2009.

As a result of this admission, Steven Batchelor now holds 2,078,331 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.04 cent. of the total issued share capital and voting rights.
