BOARD CHANGE

ILX Group plc ('ILX' or 'the Company'), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and business training to both the private and public sectors, announces the resignation of Mr Peter Evans as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Evans has stepped down from the Board to devote more time to other projects in which he is involved.

Paul Lever, Chairman, ILX Group plc commented:
