Block Listing
Spring Group plc announces that applications have been made to The United Kingdom Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange plc for an additional block listing of 437,013 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading upon the exercise of options granted under the 2001 Savings Related Share Option Scheme ('The Scheme').
The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and. will be allotted from time to time in accordance with The Scheme. It is anticipated that the block listing application will be granted on 23 September 2009 and trading will commence on 25 September 2009.
