Trading in the shares of Leyshon Resources Limited ('Leyshon' or the 'Company') has today been temporarily suspended pending an announcement concerning the proposed disposal of Leyshon's interest in the Zheng Guang gold zinc project.

A further announcement will be made as soon as the contractual terms have been finalised and certain conditions have been satisfied, at which time trading in the shares is expected to recommence. The disposal will also require shareholder approval pursuant to AIM Rule 15.
