Further portfolio purchase update

Further to its announcement on 25 August, the Board of Max Property Group can now confirm that the claim, issued in the High Court by an interested bondholder against the holding company of the Industrious portfolio (in receivership) and the Security Trustee, has now been discontinued.

As previously announced, completion of the 7.6m sq ft portfolio acquisition is scheduled to occur on 7th October.
