The Directors of the Company today announce a further Return of Capital of 2p per ordinary share, payable as follows:

Rhys Davies (Chairman) of the Company commented,
'Mr Miller and I were appointed to the Board at the EGM on 23 January 2009. The Company's share price was then 13.25p per share. Since that date shareholders have received a Return of Capital of 18p per share and will receive a further Return of Capital of 2p per share in October.
Based on the closing mid price on 15 September 2009 of 20.25p per share, the Company has generated a 2.89 times return for shareholders since 23 January 2009.
We expect to make further returns of capital in the future. However, such distributions will be dependent on the value at which the Company's investments are realised and the Company's financial position at the time.'
