                    Statement re Approaches to Shareholders                    

Nexus Management has been informed by a number of shareholders that they have
recently been contacted by companies purporting to act as agents for third
parties which are seeking to acquire a significant stake in Nexus Management.

The shareholders have been approached by persons purporting to represent
trading entities, including New York Securities, New York Investments, Phoenix
Securities L.L.C. and New York Financial Group. These entities have offered to
acquire Nexus Management shares from certain of the Company's shareholders at a
significant premium, in some cases a multiple of 1,000 times, to the prevailing
market price. The proposals from these entities typically require shareholders
to send monies in advance in order to secure the high price being offered.

The Company advises that it has not received an approach from any of the above
entities and no discussions are taking place with any party regarding a
possible offer for the Company.

Furthermore, Nexus Management wishes to advise its shareholders that they
should be very wary of any unsolicited approaches to acquire their shares
particularly when monies are required to be sent in advance of a transaction.

If shareholders receive such approaches then they are urged to make a note of
the name of the person and organisation. Shareholders are strongly advised only
to deal with companies that are authorised to conduct investment business with
the Financial Services Authority ("FSA"). A list of the financial services
firms that are regulated by the FSA is available at www.fsa.gov.uk/register.
