The Company was informed yesterday that, following disposals of 3,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each on 8 September 2009 and a further 250,000 shares on 10 September 2009, Equity Resources plc is now beneficially interested in 12,666,667 shares, representing approximately 3.53 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Equity Resources plc is a PLUS-quoted company of which John Watkins, a non-executive director of the Company, is a director.
