Director Shareholding

The Company was informed today that, the aggregate disclosable interest in the Company's ordinary shares of Graeme Marshall, the Chief Executive of the Company has been reduced by 142,000 ordinary shares, as a result of one of his children reaching 18 years of age on 9 September 2009. Following this change, Mr Marshall's aggregate disclosable interest is 1,077,388 ordinary shares or 6.36 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
