Buyout of Minority Interest in Corin Australia

Corin Group plc ('Corin') today announces that it has acquired a further 5% stake in its subsidiary company Corin (Australia) Pty Limited ('Corin Australia'). The acquisition increases Corin's shareholding in Corin Australia to 90%. The consideration for the acquisition will be satisfied by the payment of £0.3m in cash together with the issue of 299,245 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in Corin Group plc to Mr. Ross Vallis, the minority shareholder in Corin Australia.
