Directors' Shareholdings following Placing and Open Offer and Firm Placing
Cosalt announces that it has been advised that the Directors have taken up their rights to New Ordinary Shares under the Company's recent Open Offer and Mark Lejman and Mike Reynolds have participated in the Firm Placing. Admission and commencement of dealings in the New Ordinary Shares took place at 8:00 am 2 September 2009. Under the Open Offer, Qualifying Shareholders were entitled to buy 6.8173 Open Offer Shares at five pence for each Existing Ordinary Share held.
The Directors' acquired the following Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer and Firm Placing, and now have the following total holdings of New Ordinary shares:
