Scrip Dividend Calculation Price

BBA Aviation plc (the 'Company') announces that the calculation price for the new fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the 2009 interim dividend is 155.14 pence per share.

The calculation price is the average of the middle market quotations of an ordinary share, as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five consecutive dealing days starting with 2 September 2009 (the ex-dividend date for the 2009 interim dividend).

Further details of the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be sent to shareholders on 15 September 2009 and will be available on our website www.bbaaviation.com from that date.  Elections to join the Scrip Dividend Scheme must be received by the Company's registrars no later than 5pm on Monday 12 October 2009 to be valid for the 2009 interim dividend.
