The Company was notified yesterday that, following purchases on 7 September 2009, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds 58,699,954 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 7.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds the shares on behalf of its clients.
