AGM Trading Statement
Trading is in line with expectations. The London market remains robust and our estate of well invested, high quality predominantly freehold pubs are trading well given the difficult economic conditions.
We continue to focus on ensuring our offer is of the highest standard, further investing in the estate where there is an opportunity to maximise sales from the available retail space. The cost side of the business is well controlled and significant emphasis is placed on recruiting, training and retaining the most experienced managers and staff to continue to drive trade throughout the estate.
