Exercise of Options

The Company has today issued 78,116 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and arranged to transfer 1,529,575 shares held in Treasury pursuant to the exercise of 1,607,691 options under the Company's EMI Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 10 September 2009.

Following the exercise of options, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 93,544,112 with no shares remaining in Treasury.
