Daejan Holdings Plc has received Notification of Transfer of 705,000 ordinary shares in Daejan Holdings Plc from David Davis and Solomon Israel Freshwater, as trustees of the BSE Freshwater Settlement Trust (non beneficial holding), to David Davis, Solomon Israel Freshwater and Cyvia Freshwater in their capacity as partners of the Freshwater Investment Partnership.

The Freshwater Investment Partnership has charged 300,000 ordinary shares in Daejan Holdings Plc to Valand Investments Limited, 57/63 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar.
