The Company has been notified today that Sintec Media Limited ('Sintec') has purchased 450,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 25.5 pence per share. Sintec now has an interest in 9,749,779 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 16.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
