Block Admission Application & Interim Review


Block admission six-monthly return for the period 3 March 2009 to 3 September 2009


On 5 September 2008, a block admission was made to AIM for 11,731,667 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which may be issued pursuant to the Company's share option schemes A-H.


On 5 March 2009, a block admission was made to AIM for 1,805,000 Ordinary Shares which may be issued pursuant to the Company's share option schemes I.


On 14 May 2009, a replacement scheme was introduced whereby staff relinquished share options granted to them under share option schemes A-I in exchange for share options to be granted under share option scheme scheme J.  Certain employees were granted further options in scheme J.  The details of the share options relinquished and granted under this exchange are detailed below.  No options have yet been exercised under this plan.


On 20 May 2009 share option scheme K was implemented.  No options have yet been exercised under this plan.


Details of share option schemes J and K were disclosed in Medicsight's interim release for the period ended 30 June 2009.


Accordingly a block application has today been made for 8,148,750 Ordinary Shares which may be issued pursuant to the Company's share option schemes and K.  All shares expected to be admitted pursuant to the above applications shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 9 September 2009.
