For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 50p each of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 17,134,905.
The Company holds 195,050 ordinary shares in Treasury, which do not carry any voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights in Sovereign Reversions plc is 16,939,855
