 In June 2006, PuriCore plc’s (the “Company”) shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and Kanton Services Limited (“Kanton”), an existing shareholder of the Company, held 10,521.739 shares representing 6.9% of the shares and voting rights in the Company.

On 30 July 2008, Kanton acquired:-

(a) a further 8,115,516 shares in the Company resulting in an aggregate holding of 8.61% of the total shares and voting rights in the Company: and

(b) 2,705,172 warrants over 2,705,172 shares in the Company. If exercised such warrants would currently represent approximately 1.2% of the total shares and voting rights in the Company.

On 10 August 2009, the Company issued a further 10,810,811 shares resulting in a dilution of  Kanton’s shareholdlng In the
Company to approximately 8.2% (excluding the warrants referred to above).

Kanton has been listed as a substantial shareholder of the Company on the Company’s website and in its annual accounts since the Company listed In June 2006. However, due to an administrative error, Kanton has not previously filed TR1 notifications with the Company and the FSA in relation to its voting  rights in the Company.
