Discontinuation of offer discussions

On 13 May 2009, the Board of Robotic Technology Systems plc ('the Company') announced that the Company was in talks which might or might not lead to an offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company.

On 5 June 2009, the Board of Industrial Acquisition Vehicle Limited disclosed that it had acquired 15,273,875 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 24.50 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company, and that the Board of Industrial Acquisition Vehicle Limited was in discussions with the Board of the Company with regard to a possible offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company.  There was, however, no certainty that these talks would result in such an offer for the Company. 

The Board of the Company notes today's announcement that the Board of Industrial Acquisition Vehicle Limited has withdrawn from discussions with the Company regarding a possible offer.

The Board of the Company further confirms that no other talks with regard to a possible offer are currently being held with any other party and consequently, no offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company is presently anticipated by the Board of the Company.
