The Board of MediaZest plc announces that Andy Hawkins, Sales and Marketing
Director, has today resigned with immediate effect to concentrate on his other
business interests.

Andy has played a significant role in the development of the Group and the
Board would like to thank him for his services and wish him well for the
future.
