Bezant received notification yesterday that following recent market purchases, Prism Nominees Limited, on behalf of private clients of Pritchard Stockbrokers Limited, is interested in 3,185,030 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 8.13 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
