Reseller agreement with Stevens Aviation Inc

and first order for SCOTTY Aero Surveillance Systems in the USA

SCOTTY Group plc is pleased to announce the signing of a Reseller Agreement with Stevens Aviation Inc ('Stevens') of South Carolina, USA, a leading aviation systems integrator for a number of jet and turbo-prop aircraft manufacturers in the USA.

Under the Reseller Agreement, Stevens and SCOTTY will work together in programmes to market and install the Company's aero-certified beyond-line-of-sight communications and surveillance systems for government and civilian customers in the USA.

SCOTTY has received an initial purchase order from Stevens under this agreement, with a value of US Dollars 300,000, for engineering and installation of its video surveillance equipment on one aircraft in mid-September 2009.

This is also the first order received by the Company for its aero-certified systems in North America.

SCOTTY's Chairman, Rt Hon Lord Trefgarne PC, commented:

'We are delighted to have signed this agreement. Since Stevens is a specialist dealer for Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, with whom we signed a co-operation agreement in February this year, it is likely that Stevens will now become the primary route to market for SCOTTY-equipped Hawker Beechcraft aircraft.

'The purchase order from Stevens represents an exciting milestone, the first order for our airborne systems in the USA, a market in which we are beginning to see significant potential.'
