OPD Group plc ('the Company') has been notified that, in accordance with the proposals made to option holders following the offer from Offerco Limited dated 5 June, 27,820 options awarded to Mr Moss under the PSD Group Long Term Incentive Plan 1999, have been exercised for consideration of 1p per share, and sold to Offeree Limited for 57p per share. Mr Moss no longer has any interest in the share capital of the Company.

Subsequent to the exercise of the options referred to above and by other employees, the Group's allotted, called up and fully paid share capital is 26,687,564.
