The Board of LitComp, a national provider of After the Event Insurance and medico-legal reports, announces that on 10 August 2009 the Company was notified by Mr Adrian Wright that he has increased his shareholding from 310,000 to 325,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.09% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Wright's shares are held through E Trade UK Nominees Ltd
