Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 19 August 2009 that Landon T Clay, together with his associates, hold 10,490,573 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which represents approximately 24.19 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.

Included in this holding are 6,470,141 Ordinary Shares which are held by a trust of which Thomas M Clay is a trustee. Thomas M Clay directly holds a further 213,126 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the aggregate shareholding in which Thomas M Clay has an interest is 6,683,267 which represents approximately 15.41 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.

The notification received is a correction to a previous notification made on 8 February 2008.
