London, 20 August 2009- Mwana Africa PLC ('Mwana' or the 'Company') today gives notice of its 2009 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held on 15 September 2009 at 12 noon at One Queen Anne's Gate, London SW1H 9BT. The AGM Notice, Proxy Form and Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 have been distributed to shareholders.
