On 5 March 2009, Premier entered into a relationship agreement with Warburg Pincus, as outlined in the prospectus for the Placing and Open Offer and Firm Placing.

Further to this agreement, Premier has today granted consent for Warburg Pincus to acquire, over time, up to an additional 2% of Premier's issued share capital.
