Babcock International Group PLC (Babcock) will release its Pre-close Trading Statement on Wednesday 30 September 2009, prior to reporting half year results on Tuesday 10 November 2009.

Babcock will also be holding a seminar for analysts and investors on Wednesday 30 September 2009. Members of the Group's senior management team will be presenting on the Group's Marine and Nuclear divisions.
