DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that, on 12 August 2009, 947 shares were allocated at £8.02 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ('AESOP') which total included 16 shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 15 shares for each of Mr M Harris and Mr N Page.

Also included in the allocation were 15 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

AESOP shares were also purchased for Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, as follows:
